Important Prayer Requests

Two important prayer requests, both cancer-related:

Those of you in worship Sunday heard that Sam McGee has been diagnosed with cancer in multiple organs. He has to undergo tests to determine what kind of cancer it is, and what treatment options may be possible. Let's keep both Sam and wife, Pat, in prayer.

Some of you also have heard that Michael and Melanie Harris and Melanie's parents, David and Kathryn Bowden, were in a car wreck Saturday. None of them was seriously injured, but Melanie went today for a follow-up scan.

The scan revealed something not related to the wreck, a 2.6 cm growth on top of her right kidney. The doctor said the growth could indicate renal cell carcinoma, and that it needs to be investigated further.

This is very frightening for the family, of course, and they will need our prayers, too.

In both cases, let's pray for God's direct healing.
